Shipping & Returns

Click & Collect

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions and keeping within the 5km travel allowance, click & collect is now available at three local locations - Upper Ferntree Gully, Upwey and Belgrave. Details are still being finalised, however at this stage collection points will be:
-  Upper Ferntree Gully - Maxi Foods Car Park
-  Upwey - IGA Car Park
-  Belgrave - Woolworths Car Park.

Please advise your preferred pick up location in the comments section and we will contact you to arrange a day and time.

For a small $5 fee we also offer a delivery service within 5km travel distance from Upwey. Please contact us if delivery service is required.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Warranty Claims

Refunds or credit
Where a warranty claim is granted any refund will include all delivery and related costs for the product. Where a non warranty claim is granted any refund will be for the cost of the goods only and will exclude all related costs. No refund or replacement will be given until we have received the product from you. Refunds will be issued by cheque, EFT, PayPal or a credit to your account.

Replacement
Where a replacement is agreed to after a warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at our expense after we have received your returned product. Where a non warranty claim is granted the replacement will be delivered to you at your expense.

Shipping

yourscarfs.com ships product to all areas of Australia as well as most international destinations. For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post’s Parcel Post. To ensure orders over $50.00 are delivered safe and sound you will usually need to sign to accept delivery. If nobody is available to sign, your parcel will be left at the post office for collection. You should also include a daytime phone number with your shipping details should we need to contact you if there are any problems with your delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

All items are generally dispatched by yourscarfs.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Delivery times are based on the following guidelines:

1 – 4 days - NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD Metro
3 – 9 days - SA, WA, NT, TAS, QLD North

Australia Post air freight Zones 1 & 8 used as guide. Please contact us for International Registered Mail, Express Post or courier options. 

Tracking information is not offered by Australia Post for International Air Mail. Contact us if you are interested in other international shipping methods (Registered Mail, Express Mail, etc).

The estimated transit time for international packages shipped outside of Australia via International Air Mail is seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days but they ask to allow up to forty-five (45) days in case there are customs delays or other unforeseen delays (except Italy where the transit time is three (3) to six (6) weeks but will sometimes take up to sixty (60) days).

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. We are not able to mark items as 'Gift' on customs forms. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
